Of course, I don't seen the point of ANOTHER database, but it strikes me more as a waste of taxpayer dollars than a violation of civil rights. As for the congressmen in question, corrupt politicians are corrupt politicians, regardless of which side of the aisle they occupy. I doubt you'd get little argument than corruption is rampant in both parties and that the degree of rabid prosecution is solely dependent on who is running the show at any given moment.
