		<description>I don&#039;t really see the violation of civil rights on the fingerprinting database, considering we are all mandated by law to add our fingerprint to existing state databases every time we get a driver&#039;s license.  Of course, I don&#039;t seen the point of ANOTHER database, but it strikes me more as a waste of taxpayer dollars than a violation of civil rights.

As for the congressmen in question, corrupt politicians are corrupt politicians, regardless of which side of the aisle they occupy.  I doubt you&#039;d get little argument than corruption is rampant in both parties and that the degree of rabid prosecution is solely dependent on who is running the show at any given moment.
